Цель - повышение эффективности измельчени и улучшение качества получаемого продукта. Нож к измельчител м м са и м сопродуктов состоит из лопастного держател и сменных лезвий, устанавливаемых в держателе под углом к плоскости резани . Благодар тому, что угол при вершине каждого лезви , обращенной к плоскости резани , равен 80 - 90°, при работе ножа происходит надежное притирание всех его лезвий к решетке, обеспечиваетс эффективное измельчение м са и м сопродуктов в паре резани нож - решетка и достигаетс хорошее качество получаемого продукта. 2 ил.The invention relates to a device for grinding meat and meat products and may find application in the meat industry.
