Abstract

FIELD: automatics, computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: superhigh-frequency flip-flop has two two-section backward wave tubes, input/output device and energy transmission line. Output of second section of each tube is connected to input of first section of the other one. Geometrical dimensions and potentials of connected sections provide for coincidence of their working frequencies. First sections have length smaller than starting one, second sections have lengths bigger than starting one in the default of starting modulation of electron beam. Relationship between geometrical dimensions and potentials of second sections determines distinction and non-multiplicity of their working frequencies. Output signal is picked off through adder and controlling signal is fed through divider. EFFECT: enhanced speed of response and reliability of flip-flop. 9 dwg
