Abstract
The invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to methods for producing ferrites. The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the process. Manganese and zinc are added to the spent pickling solution with an iron chloride concentration of 240 g / l in the form of manganese carbonate and zinc oxide and nickel in the form of chemical and pharmaceutical production waste, spent René deactivated nickel. The mixture is bubbled, concentrated and sprayed in a kiln, resulting in thermal decomposition of the mixture with the formation of spinel. The decomposition temperature is set at 550-600 ° C, the pressure is 7 atmospheres. Products made from the ferrite charge obtained by this method have the required level of properties, and the use of spent Rane deactivated nickel makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the process due to the possibility of recycling chemical and pharmaceutical production wastes. 2 tab.

A mixture of | 0 was fed through a pipeline installation in the heat exchanger, where the solution was concentrated. The mixture was then applied to the nozzles for spraying in roaster, where Tepf i4ecKoe decomposed a mixture of hydrochloric solutions of multicomponent metallic chlorides within a few seconds (s) with the formation of spinel. Upon receipt of the mixture of the specified Q composition, the temperature in the upper cone of the furnace was SO C, the spray pressure was 7 atm. The resulting ferrite powder is precipitated in the conical part of the furnace, the gaseous products passed through a paired cyclone, where the entrained small dust-like fraction of the powder was separated and returned to the furnace.
