Description
The invention relates to composite materials that are used in construction in the manufacture of thermal insulation.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the ultimate strength in compression and storage.
Technology of preparation of mixtures. The calculated amount of sodium hydroxide and water are combined, the temperature is raised to 80 ° C, then glycerin is added with stirring over 30-40 minutes. Raise the temperature to 90 ° C, add resorcinol, continuing stirring until it dissolves. The solution is cooled to 20-25 ° C.
In the mixer, with stirring, combine the acetone-formaldehyde resin with a 1% aqueous solution of methylcellulose, add the previously prepared aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, glycerin and resorcinol, mix for 5-10 minutes and add perlite sand in portions, mixing until a homogeneous mass is formed .
An acetone-formaldehyde resin is used to prepare the compositions; synthesized at a molar ratio of acetone: formaldehyde 1: 3 and a temperature of 40-50 ° C. The content of the main substance in the resin is 65 - 85 wt.%, Mol. Mass 300-400 U.
1.The compositions of the raw mix are given in table 1.
