Abstract
This invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. The goal is a shorter forecasting period. For this purpose, the content of B-lymphocytes and T-suppressors is determined in the patient's blood, then their ratio is found. If this indicator is less than 1.33 or more than 2.01, an unfavorable course of the wound process is predicted. The application of the method allows to reduce the time for predicting the course of the wound process in patients with purulent infection to 6-8 hours.
Description
This invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the forecast time.
The method is carried out as follows.
A single patient takes venous blood in a volume of up to 10 ml. Bleed lymphocyte subpopulations were determined. Then, the content of B-LYMPHOCYTOB and T-suppressors is examined, after which the ratio of the number of B-lymphocytes to T-suppressors is found. If this indicator is less than 1.33 or more than 2, OJ, predict the adverse course of the wound process in patients with purulent infection.
Example 1. Sick K., 69 years old, was hospitalized again after discharge with complaints of pain in the place of a previously opened abscess, high
12 days ago, it was operated on for a postint.ectal abscess of the right hickey. An opening operation was performed on abscess drainage. Discharged from the hospital for outpatient follow-up care with a clean granulating wound, healing secondary tension. 10 ml of blood was taken from the ulnar vein of the patient. Then they determined the content of Re B cells and T-suppressors, which was 9 and 47, respectively. Their ratio was calculated, which was 2.25. The adverse course of the wound process is predicted. After 7 days, the patient was re-admitted. In the lower corner of the wound palpipplls painful infiltration. During the procedure, a purulent leakage was detected, which was opened.

Received on day 1a after papaverine after the first year with: complaints about the presence of painful infiltrate on the molded year, On the day I received a surgical procedure: excision of the abscess with the imposition of the primary suture. And ulnar foam from the patient took 10 ml of sprinkling. It determined the content of B-lymphocytes and T-soup springs, which amounted to 2 and 18%, respectively. Then, determine their ratio. This index is 0.11. Predicted non-compliant tee (EI P1) process.
On the 5th day in the lower corner there was an infiltration of the vils, the sutures began to crumble. Stitches are removed, the wound is half divorced, pus is found.
Example 3, Ill P., 53 years old disabled person of the 2nd group. He received complaints of pain in his right year, where a sharply painful infiltration is determined, and analgin was injected 30 days ago. Performed operations: excision of the abscess with the imposition of the primary wound suture. 10 ml of blood was taken from the patient's cubital vein. Oprah
Рана зажила по типу первичного нат жени ,they shared the content of B-lymphocytes and Hs; in the inhibitors, which amounted to I) and 7%, respectively. Calculate their ratio, which turned out to be equal to 1.42. The favorable course of the wound process is predicted. The postoperative period was uneven. The wound healed by the type of primary tension
The application of the method allows shortening the timing of predicting the course of the wound process in patients with purulent infection up to 6-8 hours,
