Description

Mobile mechanized installations for the manufacture of building blocks from organic materials are known, consisting of a belt conveyor, a hopper, a feeder, a screw mixer and molds.

The proposed device in comparison with the known provides more convenient conditions for loading forms. This is achieved by the fact that its screw mixer is made rotatable in a horizontal plane.

The device consists of a two-section receiving bin / Designed for a separate loading of a plaster and an organic filler into the holding material; two belt scraper conveyors 2 feeding the gypsum and organic aggregate from the receiving hopper to the dispensing bin 3. tank 7, placed on the dispensing hopper.

For the continuous supply of gypsum and aggregate to the mixer, a belt feeder 8 with B-9 is placed under the dispensing bin to regulate the dosage.

From the belt feeder, the material is poured into the receiving hopper 10 of a screw mixer, which has a vertical axis of rotation along the axis of the hopper. Its other end has free movement along the rail 12.

For supplying water for stopping from the pressure tank 7 to the sansitel, there is a water hose 13 with a valve 14, which regulates the water supply.

The installation also has an air compressor 15 with an air hose 16 and a pneumatic rammer 17.

All elements of the installation, except for the receiving bin 1 and the tank, are mounted on the platform of a two-axle car trailer 18. Collapsible four-nest molds 19 for building parts are placed around the platform during operation of the installation along the arc described by the moving end of the mixer.

The manufacturing process for building dry parts is as follows.

The gypsum and organic aggregate are loaded into the corresponding compartments of the receiving bin, from where the conveyors are reloaded into the compartments of the distribution bunker. The belt feeder, which is the bottom of the dispensing bin, continuously selects gypsum and organic aggregate from it through the holes in the side wall of the bunker. The ratio of gypsum and aggregate is adjusted by a gate. Through the funnel, the components are fed into a screw mixer, where, being mixed in dry form, they are simultaneously moved to the outlet of the screw mixer.

By unloading from the mixer, the mixture is moistened with the necessary amount of water supplied from the pressure tank through a hose.

The resulting solution is discharged from the cm-reader into molds and compacted with a rammer.
