Abstract
The invention relates to textile dyeing and finishing production, in particular to the finishing of textile materials from triacetate fibers. The invention allows to increase the tensile strength of the material, the color resistance to friction while maintaining low shrink properties due to the fact that the fabric is first impregnated to 60-70% moisture with an aqueous composition containing 0.5-1.0 g / l dibutyl phthalate, 1, 0-2.0 g / l of isopropyl alcohol, 3.0-4.0 g / l of triethanolamine, 5-10 g / l of polyethylene glycol ethers of stearic acid with degree of ethoxylation 6, and then heat treated in two temperature zones. In the first zone, the treatment is carried out at 120-160 ° C, and in the second, at 170-190 ° C and a tension of 120-180 N / m for 20-40 s. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to textile dyeing and finishing production, in particular to the technology of finishing textile materials produced from triacetate fibers.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the tensile strength of the textile material and the color stability to the third while maintaining low shrink properties.
IExample 1. In soft water, 400 g of polyoxyethylene glycol ester of stearic acid (0.5 g / l of stearox 6), 240 g of triethanolamine (3 g / l), 40 g (0.5 g / l) di- . butipphthalate, pre-dissolved in 80 g of isopropyl alcohol 1 g / l. Everything is stirred until complete dissolution. In the resulting solution, a triacetate fabric printed with a disperse dye of dark brown 2 Fp is printed on the plus drying-stabilization machine to -60% humidity and fed to the heat treatment-drying machine for heat treatment. In the first two chambers of the machine (first zone), the temperature is 120 ° C, the tension of the fabric is 3 N / m, the duration is 20 s, and in the second zone (the third, fourth, fifth and pole of the chamber) the temperature is 170 ° C, the tension is 120 N / m, duration 40 s. At the exit, the fabric is cooled with cold air.
Example 2. In 80 l of soft water, 560 g (7 g / l) of stearox 6, 280 g of triethanol (3.5 g / l), 56 g of dibutyl phthalate (0.7 g / l), previously dissolved 112 g (1.4 g / l) of isopropyl alcohol. All stirring
