Abstract
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for shockproof and soundproof damping of ship machinery and equipment. The aim of the invention is to increase reliability with spatial vibration isolation due to a decrease in voltage in an elastic element. Making the thread with the direction on one sleeve opposite to that on the other reduces the level of stresses in the elastic element and thereby increases the reliability and durability of the shock absorber. 1 il.
Description
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и может быть использовано дл противоударной и звукоизолирующей амортизации судовых механизмов и о бо- рудовани .The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for shockproof and soundproof damping of ship machinery and equipment.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability during spatial vibration isolation by reducing the voltage level in an elastic element.
The drawing shows the shock absorber, a longitudinal section.
2.The shock absorber contains coaxially mounted bushes 1 and 2 with protrusions 3 and corresponding valleys 4, made in the form of a thread, the direction of which is on one sleeve, for example, on sleeve 1 (right), opposite to the direction on sleeve 2 (left); sleeves 1 and 2.
The shock absorber works as follows.
A shock absorber is mounted on an axis (not shown) and inserted into the body (not shown) of the device. During operation, the shock absorber perceives both radial and axial loads due to the deformation of the elastic element 5. This is due to the presence of protrusions and depressions 4 on the surfaces of the sleeves 1 and 2.
2.The shear stresses in the elastic element 5, for example rubber, are small, due to the thread with the direction on one sleeve 1 opposite to the direction of the other sleeve 2.
Thus, the reliability of the shock absorber is improved, both under radial loading and axially.
