Abstract

Изобретение относитс к рельсовым скреплени м. Цель изобретени состоит в упрощении монтажа-демонтажа и повышении надежности креплени . Скрепление содержит подкладку 1, прокладку 2, рельс 3, клемму 4 и стопорный элемент 5. Одним своим концом с наклонной опорной поверхностью клемма 4 фиксирует верхнюю грань подошвы рельса, а другим-опираетс на подкладку 1 с внешней стороны от ее реборды. Клемма 4 размещена в пазу реборды подкладки 1. Боковые грани паза выполнены под острым углом к плоскости подкладки. В поперечном сечении клемма 4 выполнена из двух расположенных друг над другом и сопр женных между собой частей, нижн из которых выполнена трапецеидальной с боковыми сторонами, выполненными под углом, равным углу наклона боковых граней паза, и контактирующими с последними, а верхн часть выполнена пр моугольной. 1 з.п.ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention relates to rail fasteners. Claims

1. Fastening a lined rail, including a terminal fixing, at one end with an inclined bearing surface, the upper face of the rail foot, resting the other end on the lining on the outer side of its flange and placed in the groove of the flange, the lateral edges of which are made at an acute angle to the plane lining, characterized in that, in order to simplify the installation and dismantling, the terminal is made in the cross section of two parts located one above the other and adjoining each other, the bottom of which is made of trapezoidal with b by their sides inclined at an angle equal to the angle of inclination of the side faces of the groove and in contact with the latter, while the top is made rectangular.

Fastening according to claim 1, characterized in that, in order to increase the fastening reliability, it is provided with a locking element U-shaped in terms of a locking element, the branches of which are missed between the side edges of the groove of the flange and the outer sides of the terminal in the interface area of these parts, and the ends of the branches are bent in opposite directions from the inside of the flange.
