Abstract
Изобретение относитс к гидролизной промышленности, в частности к способам предварительной обработки целлюлозосодержащего сырь дл ферментативного получени сахаров, и может быть использовано в микробиологической промышленности, пищевой и комбикормовой промышленности. Цель изобретени - повышение степени гидролизуемости сырь за счет снижени содержани лигнина. Способ осуществл ют следующим образом. Готов т водную суспензию с концентрацией твердой фазы (1:15)-(1:20) и обрабатывают посто нным электрическим током при напр жении на электродах 50-100 В при плотности тока 0,1-1 А/ дм2 в присутствии 2-8% H2O2 в кислой среде. Дл подкислени используют уксусную кислоту в количестве 1-5%, и дополнительно может быть внесена серна кислота в количестве 0,1-3%. Предлагаемый способ предобработки целлюлозосодержащего сырь позвол ет сократить продолжительность процесса предобработки по сравнению с прототипом с 6,5 и более часов до 20-60 мин и обеспечить повышение степени гидролиза на 12-20%. 1 з.п. ф-лы.The invention relates to the hydrolysis industry, in particular to methods for the pretreatment of cellulosic raw materials for the enzymatic production of sugars, and can be used in the microbiological industry, the food and feed mill industries.
