При наличии участка, подлежащего резекции , от Г2, ГЗ, до Г8 производ т типичный разрез в подчелюстной области, учитыва топографию краевой ветви лицевого нерва. Послойно рассекают м гкие ткани. Обнаруживают перекидывающиес через край челюсти лицевые артерию и вену, под которые подвод т лигатуру. Подт гива лигатуру, выпрепаровывают единый сосудистый пучок с периваскул рными ткан ми толщиной 0,7-1,0 см и длиной 5-7 см. Дистальный конец сосудистого пучка перев зывают , отсекают и отвод т в сторону. Затем обнажают участок нижней челюсти, подлежащий резекции. Производ т остеотомию и удаление патологически измененного участка кости. На слизистую оболочку дл изолировани раны от полости рта накладывают два р да швов. Готов т воспринимающее ложе по кра м образо- вавщегос дефекта.
