The invention relates to arc welding with a non-consumable electrode with electromagnetic stirring of the bath melt and can be used in the manufacture of welded structures from high-alloy steels and titanium alloys. The purpose of the invention is to increase the arc melting capacity and refine the structure of the weld metal. The method of arc welding consists in applying magnetic field pulses to the arc and welding bath and pulsing the filler material. The latter is supplied during the pauses between the pulses of the magnetic field with a delay relative to the moment of the end of the pulse of the reversible magnetic field. The method provides an increase in the depth of penetration while simultaneously grinding the weld metal. The delay of the pulse duration of the field makes it possible to complete the process of heat redistribution by increasing the time of slow motion of the crystallization front. 1 il.
Description
The invention relates to arc welded with a non-consumable electrode with electromagnetic stirring of the bath melt and can be used in the manufacture of welded structures from high-alloy steels and titanium alloys.
The aim of the invention is to increase the melting capacity of the arc and the grinding of the structure of the weld metal.
The drawing shows a timing diagram characterizing the method. According to the arc-welding method with a non-consumable electrode, in which
на дугу и сварочную ванну воздействуют импульсным магнитным полем с использованием присадочного материала, который подают импульсно в период пауз t„ между импульсами магнитного пол , присадочный материал подают с задержкой относительно момента окончани импульса реверсируемого магнитного пол .The arc and weld pool are impacted by a pulsed magnetic field using filler material, which is pulsed during the pause t between magnetic field pulses;
At the end of the magnetic field pulse, the heated melt from the arc zone continues to flow into the tail part of the bath due to inertia, the crystallization front slows down its progress. The delay tj, the value of which can

Реверсирование импульсов магнитного шэл способствует симметричному формированию сварного соединени ,to complete the process of heat redistribution by increasing the time of delayed displacement of the crystallization front to the maximum possible value. The arc burns this time under conditions free from all disturbing influences, which increases the depth of melting. The impulse supply of the additive t causes the crystallization of a part of the melt with a speed of 2 ... 2.5 times faster than the welding speed, which contributes to the grinding of the structure of the weld metal. The feed of the additive is discontinued at the end of the crystallization stage, and the next cycle immediately begins under the influence of a magnetic field pulse. The reversal of magnetic shel pulses contributes to the symmetric formation of a welded joint,
Example, Welding of 12X18H10T steel cases with a thickness of 3 mm was made with the filing of an additive of the brand St 06X19H9T with a diameter of 1.2 mm in the modes: welding current 120 A, pulse duration of a magnetic field 0.08 s delay time 0.06 s, feed time 0.1 with. The magnetic field induction was 25 mT. additive feed rate 5 mm / s. Tests have shown that in the case of a svirka under the proposed method of providing

Chevlets nmiHne c. “R - mkosgi ii; i g lubinu.} Mm with the root sagging about 0.5 mm. In the case of prototype welding in the dialogic mode, the depth of proplion is not more than 2.5 mm, i.e. lack of penetration. A metallographic analysis of the witness samples showed that in the proposed method, the seams have a crushed homogeneous structure, which indicates an accelerated crystallization of the weld pool.
The proposed welding method provides an increase in the arc transfer ability while simultaneously grinding the structure of the weld metal.
