Description

There are known devices for preparing tablet solder from a paste-like mixture of solder and flux powders, made in the form of a ring with forms placed in it and a hopper for a solder paste. However, these devices do not provide sufficient performance.

In the proposed device, an increase in its productivity is achieved due to the fact that a vertical cylinder with a piston is mounted in the center of the ring, connected by pipes with disc shapes for feeding paste into them and pressing it. For simultaneous feeding of paste from the hopper to the vertical cylinder, the latter is connected to a ramp cylinder having a piston.

The drawing schematically shows the proposed device.
