Abstract
The invention relates to heat engineering and allows the heat transfer ability of cylindrical heat pipes to be increased by providing rotation when the evaporation zone is immersed in a cooled liquid. A float-type heat pipe contains a housing 1 partially filled with a heat carrier, provided with a capillary structure 2 in the form of a layer of porous material on the outer surface, and longitudinal plates 3 on the inner surface, forming V-shaped pockets 4 for the heat carrier on the inside surface 1. The tube by the evaporation zone 5 is immersed in the cooled liquid 6, the rest of the housing 1 forms the condensation zone 7. During the operation of the pipe, the liquid phase of the coolant accumulates in the V-shaped pockets on one side of the housing 1, ensuring its rotation around the longitudinal axis and the transport of the liquid 6 by the capillary-porous structure 2 to the upper part of the housing 1, which contributes to an increase in the cooling rate of the condensation zone 7, especially for pipes of large diameters. 1 il.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to heat engineering, namely to heat transfer devices.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the heat transfer capacity of cylindrical heat pipes by providing rotation when the evaporation zone is immersed in a cooled liquid.
The drawing schematically shows a heat pipe, axonometric.
Труба зоной 5 испарени погружена в охлаждаемую жидкость б, остальна часть корпуса 1 образует зону 7 конденсации .A heat pipe contains a cylindrical body 1 partially filled with coolant, provided on the outer surface of a capillary-porous structure 2 in the form of a layer of porous material, and on the inner surface — longitudinal plates 3, inclined at the same acute angle to the wall of case 1 the formation of V-shaped pockets for 4 heat carrier. The pipe by the evaporation zone 5 is immersed in the cooled liquid b, the rest of the housing 1 forms the condensation zone 7.
Heat pipe works as follows.
When heat is supplied and removed in the corresponding zones, heat and mass transfer is carried out through a pipe with a change in the state of aggregation of the coolant, while its liquid phase accumulates in the U-shaped form 1x
карманах 4 с одной стороны корпуса 1, обеспечива его вращение вокруг продольной оси под действием возникающего момента сил и дополнительный транспорт жидкости капилл рно-пористой структурой 2 на верхнюю часть корпуса 1 (с использованием капилл рного гистерезиса), что способствует повыщению интенсивности охлаждени зоны 7 конденсации, особенно дл тепловых труб больщих диаметров.pockets 4 on one side of housing 1, ensuring its rotation around the longitudinal axis under the action of the arising moment of forces and additional transport of liquid by a capillary-porous structure 2 to the upper part of housing 1 (using capillary hysteresis), which contributes to an increase in the cooling rate of condensation zone 7 , especially for heat pipes of large diameters.
