Abstract
The invention relates to building materials and relates to methods for manufacturing heat insulating products based on expanded perlite. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the consumption per visitor while increasing the strength of the products. The essence of the method is that the mixture is pre-compacted before being placed into a mold. The preliminary compaction of the mixture consists in its mechanical processing, which leads to the abrasion of the pearlite grains and an increase in the density of the mixture, as a result of which the intensity of the subsequent compaction in the form decreases. On the basis of expanded perlite with a bulk volume mass of 70 kg / m 3 and portland cement, the proposed method produces heat insulating products with an average density of 250-700 kg / m 3 , with compressive strength of 0.35-0.4 MPa. Cement saving is 30% per 1 m 3 of product. Strength increased by 15%. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to construction materials, in particular, to methods for producing heat insulating products based on expanded perlite.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the flow rate to the user while increasing the strength of the products.
The pre-compaction of the mixture consists in its mechanical processing, leading to abrasion of the pearlite grains and an increase in the density
Pre-compaction of the mixture can be carried out by additional mixing of the prepared mixture in forced-action mixers, by rolling between rollers or transport tapes, by pressing.
Precompaction of the Mixture prior to placing it in the mold allows reducing the intensity of compaction in the mold.

Example. Thermal insulation products are manufactured with an estimated average density of 300 kg / m. The valuable perlite sand with a bulk bulk mass of 70 kg / m is mixed with Portland cement and water in a ratio of (mass%) 44: i20: 36, respectively. The resulting mixture is pre-compacted by additional mixing it in a mortar mixer, after which the mixture is placed and compacted on a vibrating plate with weights. The maximum possible intensity of compaction with the equipment used is 0.2 MPa,
In order to reduce the flow rate to the user while increasing the strength of the products after pre-compaction, the total density of the mixture must be offset by inequality
