Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к физиоортопедии и лечению туберкулеза по сничного отдела позвоночника. С целью сокращени сроков сращени позвонков за счет улучшени кровоснабжени трансплантата резецируют пораженное тело позвонков, производ т передний спондилодез трансплантатом из крыла подвздошной кости на питающей ножке из всей квадратной по сничной мышцы, которую отсекают от поперечных отростков IV, Ш и П по сничных позвонков.The invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy and treatment of tuberculosis in the lumbar spine.
