Abstract
The invention relates to amides of carboxylic acids, in particular to the preparation of acetamide, which is widely used in organic synthesis, as well as a solvent, plasticizer and moisturizing agent. The goal is to simplify the process. Acetamide is prepared from an aqueous solution of ammonium acetate in the presence of a catalyst. As the latter use of triethyl phosphate 0.5-0.9% in the calculation of ammonium acetate. The process is carried out in the gas-phase pyrolysis mode with the residence time of the feedstock in the pyrolysis zone 0.3-0.7 s at 680-740 ° C. The output is quantitative. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to an improved process for the preparation of acetamide, which is widely used in organic synthesis, as well as a solvent, plasticizer and moisturizing agent.
Цель изобретени и снижение материалоемкости - достигаетс за счет проведени пиролиза водного pactBopa ацетамида при 680-740°С в режиме газофазного пиролиза с временем пребывани сырь в зоне пиролиза 0,3- 0,7 с, в присутствии катализатора - триэтилфосфата, вз того в количестве 0,5-0,9% в расчете на ацетат аммони .The purpose of the invention and the reduction of material consumption is achieved by conducting pyrolysis of aqueous pactBopa acetamide at 680-740 ° C in the gas-phase pyrolysis mode with the residence time of the raw material in the pyrolysis zone 0.3-0.7 s, in the presence of a catalyst, triethyl phosphate, taken in the amount of 0.5-0.9% based on ammonium acetate.
The invention is illustrated by the following examples.
Пример 1.134,5г 57%-ного водного раствора ацетата аммони с добавкой 0,4 г (0,3% от массы ацетата аммони )Example 1.134,5g of a 57% aqueous solution of ammonium acetate with the addition of 0.4 g (0.3% by weight of ammonium acetate)
Прозрачный ацетоновый фильтрат испар ют и получают 8,3 г ацетамида (выход 14,1% от теоретического ) . triethyl phosphate is passed through the lab. Rotor pyrol ep, which is a quartz tube with an inner diameter of 10 mm and electric heating, at a rate of 1 g / min (the residence time of the reaction mass in the pyrolysis zone is 0.3-0.7 s). The temperature in the reaction zone is set to 650 Then the product obtained is cooled, sent to a receiver, where the pyrolysis products are collected in the form of an aqueous solution in the amount of 129.1 g. Water is removed under vacuum (10-12 mm Hg) and at a temperature of 45 -50 C. The bottom residue is 74.2 g. 70 ml of acetone is added to it and filtered off. 65.9 g of unreacted ammonium acetate are obtained. The clear acetone filtrate was evaporated and 8.3 g of acetamide were obtained (yield 14.1% of the theoretical).

The conditions and results of examples 1-13 are shown in the table.
Таким образом, из приведенных примеров следует, что высокий прак- тически количественный выход ацетамида из 50-70%-ных водных растворов ацетата аммони без введени дополнительных количеств аммиака достигаетс при поддержании температурного режима в пределах 680-740 С и содержании катализатора триэтилфосфата в количестве 0,5-0,9 мас.% от веса ацетата аммони .Thus, from the above examples, it follows that a high, practically quantitative yield of acetamide from 50-70% aqueous solutions of ammonium acetate without introducing additional quantities of ammonia is achieved while maintaining the temperature in the range of 680-740 ° C and the content of triethyl phosphate catalyst in the amount of 0 , 5-0.9 wt.% By weight of ammonium acetate.
Thus, the proposed method allows to obtain acetamide from ammonium acetate in quantitative yield without adding additional ammonia in connection with the complete utilization of ammonia contained in the ammonium acetate molecule.
