Способ осуществляют следующим образом.The method is as follows.
Из ауто- или аллохряща перегородки но- > са вместе с надхрящницей берут заготовку прямоугольной формы. Во время операции, когда становится известным размер протеза, надхрящницу с обеих сторон заготовки отслаивают до намеченного уровня, а оголенную часть хряща отсекают. Листки надхрящницы разводят в разные стороны и производят моделирование протеза по форме и размеру. После выполнения санирующей части операции на основание стремени устанавливают протез и фиксируют полосками надхрящницы на стенках барабанной полости. На подготовленное, ложе укладывают тимпанальный лоскут из фасции височной мышцы с провисанием до соприкосновения с протезом и фиксирующими полосками. Наружный слуховой проход выполняют марлевыми прокладками, пропитанными синтомициновой эмульсией. За счет слипчивого процесса между надхрящницей, фасциальным лоскутом и деэпителизированными стенками барабанной полости достигается надежная фиксация протеза как во время операции, так и в послеоперационном периоде.From the auto- or allohryascha the no-> ca partitions together with the perichondrium take a rectangular billet.
