Description
Известны способы уравновешивани роторов, собранных из отдельных дисков, основанные, например, на расчете и определении вектора cyjwMapHoro смещени оси вращени данного диска в роторе по отношению к оси вращени того же диска при уравновещивании его в отдельности (вне ротора).Methods are known for balancing rotors assembled from individual disks based, for example, on the calculation and determination of the cyjwMapHoro displacement vector of the axis of rotation of this disk in the rotor relative to the axis of rotation of the same disk when it is balanced separately (outside the rotor).
A distinctive feature of the described method is that each disk is balanced with some auxiliary load, which is removed after balancing the disk and installed on it only to eliminate the influence on the accuracy of the balance of the disc rotor on the center of the rotor disc beat on the balancing mandrel. This method improves the accuracy of rotor balancing.
FIG. 1 schematically shows a disk with an auxiliary load, installed by the described method; in fig. 2 - rotor with auxiliary load.
The essence of the method consists in the fact that individual disks with auxiliary compensating weights fixed on them are balanced against the axis (frame) of the balancing machine. The disks balanced in this way will also be balanced in the rotor relative to its axis of rotation when removing compensation weights from them. The auxiliary load is fixed with a constant radius on the correction device, made in the form,. for example, traffic jams. The counterbalanced disk 2 is located on the mandrel 3 of the balancing mask and so that its radii of the 4, 5, 6 and 7 coordinate points coincide with the direction of the radii of the coordinate points of the corrective device. In this case, the balancing axis of the individual disk becomes equivalent to the axis of rotation of the same disk in the rotor.
After balancing the disks on the balancing machine, the corrective device is removed from them, and the devices with the auxiliary load are removed. The discs are then placed on the rotor shaft, which when assembled becomes balanced. When the described balancing method is distributed to the rotor 8, the corrective devices are fixed on the rotor ends in such a way that the directions of the coordinate points of these devices coincide with the directions of the rotor coordinate points. The values of K0 recursively, their weights are determined experimentally for this type of rotor, depending on the actual displacements of the x-axis x balancing the rotor relative to the x-axis of its rotation in the machine.
