Abstract
This invention relates to methods for sterilizing dental instruments. The goal is to reduce the degree of contamination of instruments with microorganisms. A disinfection solution containing the biolot surfactant, chlorhexidine digluconate, ethyl alcohol and distilled water, taken in specific proportions, is poured into the bath of the installation, then the instruments are placed in the loading device and the installation is turned on. Decontamination is carried out by ultrasound at a frequency of 39.6-48.4 kHz, 40-50 watts. The method allows to reduce the seeding rate of microorganisms from 10 7-8 to 10 1-2 in 1 ml.

This invention relates to medicine and concerns the sterilization of dental instruments.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the degree of contamination of tools with microorganisms.
The method is carried out as follows.
Disinfect and clean the solution to the specified level. As a disinfecting solution using the composition with the following quantitative content of ingredients, may.%:
Surface-active substance
Chlorhexidine

96°Ethyl alcohol 96 °
Distilled water The remaining Composition is prepared as follows.
0.5 g of the substance Biolot pour 90.0 ml of distilled water. Mix thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. Then 2.5 ml of chlorohexidine digluconate and 2.5 ml of ethyl alcohol are added. Mix well again and make up to 100 ml. Then the tools to be processed are placed in a special tool loading device. After that, immerse the fixture with the instruments fixed in it into the solution and turn on the button

После этого инструменты извлекают из ванны и прополаскивают в течение 3-5 мин сначала проточной , а затем дистиллированной водой , далее инструменты сушат и стерилизуют .When the unit is turned on, the characteristic sound of a cavitating fluid appears. After 5 minutes, the generator automatically turns off. The disinfection is performed by ultrasound at a frequency of 39.6-48.4 kHz, with a power of 40-50 watts. After that, the instruments are removed from the bath and rinsed for 3-5 minutes, first with running and then distilled water, then the instruments are dried and sterilized.
