8.9, and the output of block 10 to the control inputs of optocouplers 11 and 12, the outputs of which are connected to the phase circuits of the detectors 8 and 9, respectively, the first signal input of the two-coordinate recorder 13 is connected to the output of the frequency converter 14 to voltage, the input of which is connected to the output of the generator 1, and the second signal input of the two-coordinate recorder 13 is connected to the output of the phase detector 8.
The device works as follows.
When the oscillator 1 frequency changes, the converter 14 generates a signal proportional to the frequency of the measuring signal, which is fed to the first signal input of the two-coordinate recorder 13. At a fixed frequency in the measurement range, the phase detector 9 is tuned to the capacitive component of the signal at the maximum output when the additional arm of the bridge is connected the capacitor 5. Since the additional measuring channel is identical to the main one, like the optocouplers 11 and 12, the phase detector 8 included in the main measuring anal bridge It appears automatically tuned to the capacitive signal component. When the measuring signal frequency changes, the phase detectors automatically adjust as follows: the signal at the output of the phase detector 9 changes, and the maximum voltage is set at the output of the additional channel by changing the resistance value of the optocoupler 12.
The equivalence of the main and auxiliary channels, as well as the equivalence of optocouplers, leads to the fact that the main channel at the output of the phase detector 8 capacits the remaining signal component, which is transmitted to the second signal input of the two-coordinate recorder 13, with which the capacitance dependence is automatically recorded the studied two-terminal of the frequency.
Thus, the use of the proposed device allows recording C (w) or G () dependences in the same frequency range,
