Изобретение относитс к кормопроизводству и может быть применено в технологических лини х производства кормов. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности работы. Устройство включает транспортер 1, выполненный в виде резиновых ремней 2, валец 3, лоток 4, емкость 5, винты 6, конечный выключатель 7,электромагнит 8, установленный внутри ведущего барабана 9, ведомый барабан 10, роликовый делитель, направл ющие 12 и пружины 13. Транспортер 1 перемещает корм к вальцу 3, который, уплотн кормовую массу, продавливает твердые примеси 14 правильной формы между ремн ми 2. Невыделенные мелкие и неправильной формы металлические примеси 15 перемещаютс с кормовой массой к ведущему барабану 9, где посредством электромагнита 8 выдел ютс из корма и отвод тс на холостой участок транспортера 1. Здесь действие электромагнита 8 прекращаетс , и примеси 15 падают под действием собственного веса в емкость 5. Применение электромагнита позвол ет выделить мелкие и неправильной формы металлические примеси, которые наиболее опасны дл измельчителей и животных. 2 ил.This invention relates to fodder production and can be applied to feed production lines.
