Description

Devices for unloading non-dump trucks with a through-carriage are known, made in the form of a movable hatch of a reception hatch and a tilting frame, jointed by means of hydro-clips to the frame of the stops of the rear wheels of a car.

A distinctive feature of the described device is that the lifting cylinders are connected to the tilting platform through stops, which are extended before the tilting frame starts to lift. A device of this design securely holds the car on the tipping frame when it is raised. In addition, the receiving hatch of the device for unloading non-dump trucks is equipped with a hinged lid consisting of two hingedly folding flaps, which in the open position form a reflective shield that prevents the load of cargo being discharged beyond the hatch receiving opening.

Pedestal 1 is equipped with a swivel (tilting) platform 2, to which frame 3 is pivotally attached with stops of 4 wheels of the unloaded car 5. A lifting hydraulic cylinder 6 is attached to the pedestal and frame of the stops (two hydraulic cylinders can be mounted). A bunker hatch is located in front of the cargo platform on the exit side of the unloaded car, the receiving opening of which is closed by a lid made in the form of two pipes connected to each other and the hatch frame 7 of hinges 8 and 9. In the horizontal position, the tipping (load) frame is set at the level of the junction part, which provides a through passage for the unloaded vehicle. After unloading the vehicle, the hatch cover closes and the device is prepared to receive the next unloading of any vehicle.

The proposed device was successfully tested at the factory and can be used for unloading bulk materials, for example, from non-dump trucks.

A device for unloading dump trucks with a through passage using a tipping frame with lifting hydraulic cylinders pivotally connected to the frame of the stops for the rear wheels of the car and a movable hatch of the receiving hatch, characterized in that in order to increase the reliability of holding the car on the tilting frame lifting, lifting cylinders are connected with the tilting frame through the stops so that the extension of the latter takes place before the lifting of the tipping frame. 2. The device according to claim 1, in order to prevent the unloading load from going back beyond the receiving opening, the hatch, the hatch cover is made folding back and consists of two hingedly folding flaps, in open.m position forming a reflective shield.
