Изобретение относитс к строительству и предназначено дл стенового ограждени зданий гражданского, промышленного и сельскохоз йственного назначени .The invention relates to construction and is intended for wall fencing of buildings for civil, industrial and agricultural purposes.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the heat and technical properties.
FIG. 1 shows a laminated panel, a slit; in fig. 2 - compensator, cut.
The laminated panel consists of outer 1 and inner 2 skins and an intermediate layer of loose 3 and porous 4 heat insulators. On the inner lining 2 of the panel from above (in the working position of the panel - under the roof 5) there is fixed a compensator 6 with a window 7 for filling loose insulation 3. In this version, the compensator in the section has the shape of a funnel, the neck 8 of which is inserted into the corresponding hole 9 in panels. The lower inclined wall of the compensator 6 forms an acute angle with the inner lining 2, the apex of which is directed downwards (with the vertical, working position of the wall panel). The angle of inclination of this wall to the horizontal is greater than the angle of repose of the bulk insulating material, so the particles of the latter under the influence of gravity fall from the compensator into the panel, 25 preventing the formation of gaps over the loose insulator in it during its shrinkage during the panel operation.
In the case of a panel with vertical partitions dividing the cavity
11.The deflection of claddings 1 and 2 under the influence of loose insulation is prevented by partitions between cavities with loose insulation: vertical (not shown in Fig. 1) and, if necessary, horizontal partitions 10, for example, in the middle of the panel. The partitions can be made of a material with low thermal conductivity, for example., Of porous insulation similarly to the heater 4. The partitions 10 have openings for the flow of loose insulation in the lower part of the panel. The panel is installed on the base 11.
Bulk insulation can fill the entire space between the casings except for those zones that are occupied by elements that provide rigidity and integrity of the structure, such as partitions along the perimeter, vertical and in the middle.
