Abstract

Изобретение относитс к металлообработке , а именно, к устройствам дл очистки проволоки от окалины. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение производительности очистки. Устройство снабжено дополнительной камерой 2, установленной соосно основной камере 1. Между камерами 1 и 2, обращенными друг к другу подвижными подпружиненными крьшками 3 и 4, располагают дополнительно вращающийс обводной ролик 12, на который наматывают 2-3 витка принудительно перемещаемой через камеры проволоки 8. Вра1даю1чийс обводной ролик 12 кинематически св зан с рычажно-кулачко- вым механизмом 15 посредством-цепной передачи 14. Рычажно-кулачковьй механизм 15 своими двуплечими рычагами 16 и 17 контактирует с подвижными крьшками 3 и 4 камер 1 и 2. Последовательное воздействие на рычаги осуществл етс от кулачка 13, приводимого во вращение через цепную передачу 14 от обводного ролика 12 при прот жке проволоки 8.
