Abstract

Изобретение относитс к области обработки пищевых продуктов, а именно к машинам дл товарной обработки овощей, в частности зеленого лука. Цель изобретени - повышение качества обработки, упрощение конструкции, повышение производительности труда. Машина дл товарной обработки зеленого лука содержит транспортер-дозатор лука, дисковый нож и устройство дл очистки лука от отработанной части маточной луковицы, состо щее из барабана, прижимной ленты и очистител . Новым в мащи- не вл етс то, что она снабжена цепным транспортером 3 на одном валу с ленточным транспортером, барабан 5 которого, звездочка 7 цепного транспортера и прижимна лента 17, охватывающа барабан, служат транспортирующим органом устройства очистки лука, выполненным в виде шарнирно укрепленных на торце упом нутой звездочки, радиально расположенных поворотных захватов 20, каждый из которых имеет ный U-образный паз, расшир ющийс кверху , и наклонные ограничители 25 и 26, расположенные симметрично оси паза, при этом рабоча кромка ограничител расположена под углом к плоскости захвата, а дисковый нож 15 установлен параллельно рабочей кромке ограничител 3 ил. ё (ЛThe invention relates to the field of food processing, in particular to machines for the commercial processing of vegetables, in particular green onions.
