Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению. Цель изобретени - уменьшение повреждени клубней и отделение маточных и гнилых клубней из вороха. Устройство содержит транспортер с эластичными пальцами 1, барабаны 3, 4, вибратор 7, вращающа с щетка 8 и транспортеры 9, 10, 11. Ворох картофел , содержащий маточные и гнилые клубни, поступает на верхнюю ветвь и подвергаютс воздействию барабанов 3, 4. Маточные и гнилые раздавливаютс и прилипают к пальчатой поверхности, а кондиционные проход т неповрежденными и сход т на транспортер 10. Устройство содержит транспортер 1 с эластичными пальцами. Над верхней ветвью 2 транспортера 1 установлен барабан 3 с эластичной поверхностью. Напротив барабана 3 под ветвью 2 установлен барабан 4. Барабан 3 установлен над ветвью 2 на рассто нии , меньшем длины эластичных пальцев 5. Над нижней ветвью 6 полотна транспортера 1 установлен вибратор 7, привод щий ее в колебательное движение. Под нижней ветвью 6 за вибратором 7 установлена встречно вращающа с щетка 8, ворс которой проникает в межпальчатое пространство транспортера 1. Устройство оснащено транспортерами 9-11 соответственно дл загрузки и выгрузки кондиционных клубней и примесей. Привод устройства осуществл етс от мотора-редуктора 12 с помощью цепных контуров 13-15.
