Устройство содержит измерительный узел, выполненный в виде вала I с осевым каналом 2 и трем  радиальными каналами 3 и подпружиненных штоков 4, размещенных в каналах 3. К каждому из штоков 4 на оси 6 крепитс  диск 7. Измерительный узел размещен на подшипнике 8 в обойме 9 и кинематически св зан со счетчиком 10 длины кабел  II, размещенного в осевом канале 2 вала I. При перемещении кабел  11 диски 7 вращаютс  на оси 6 и заставл ют вращатьс  вал 1 в обойме 9.
