I ил. § (ЛThe invention relates to industrial heat and power engineering, in particular to heat transfer devices and devices for maintaining temperature conditions. The purpose of the invention is to intensify heat exchange by increasing the surface of evaporation and increasing the reliability of operation. In the evaporation zone 2 of the vertical heat pipe, inserts are installed, each of which consists of a cylindrical section 7 and a conical section 8 adjoining it, which contacts its lower base with the housing 1. The conical sections 6 and 8 are equipped with overflow tubes 9. Heat carrier condensate fills the volumes formed by the inserts up to the levels of the overflow tubes 9. The steam moves through the cylindrical sections 7: the inserts and enters the 3 condensations through the steam line 4. Improving the reliability of operation is achieved by equal to omernogo distribution of heat medium dpine evaporation zone 2 and reducing the likelihood of the heat exchange surface drained in this zone. Description
The invention relates to industrial power systems, in particular to heat transfer devices and devices for maintaining the temperature regime.
The purpose of the invention is the intensification of heat transfer and improving the reliability of the heat pipe.
The drawing shows a heat pipe u, a longitudinal section.
30The heat pipe contains a vertical housing I with zones 2 and 3 of evaporation and condensation, respectively, a steam pipe 4 having a cylindrical 5 and 15 conical 6 sections. In the evaporation zone 2, inserts are tiered, each of which consists of a cylindrical section 7 and an upper (smaller) base connected to the conical section 8. The conical sections 8 and 6 are installed in contact with the housing 1 with their lower bases and are equipped with overflow pipes 9. The upper section of each overflow pipe 25 is placed between the lower base of the conical section of the insert of the upper tier and the upper section of the cylindrical section of its insert. thirty
The heat pipe works as follows.
9.Condensate of the coolant fills the volumes formed by the inserts to the levels of the overflow pipes 9. The heat supplied to the zone 2 of evaporation causes the evaporation of the coolant. Steam, due to the pressure difference, moves through the cylindrical sections 7 of the inserts and the steam line 4 into the condensation zone 3, where it condenses on the inner surface of the housing 1. The resulting condensate flows down under the action of gravity down to the evaporation zone, providing continuous feeding of the evaporation zone 2. The constancy of the coolant level on each of the tiers and the distribution of the coolant in tiers provide overflow pipes 9.
An increase in the reliability of the heat pipe is achieved due to a more uniform distribution of the coolant along the length of the evaporation zone and a decrease in the probability of drying the heat transfer surface in the evaporation zone.
In addition, the heat transfer rate increases due to an increase in the heating surface and the evaporation surface.
