Abstract
Изобретение относитс к строительству , в частности к мостостроению , и может быть использовано при сооружении мостов неразрезных систем уравновешенной навесной сборкой. Целью изобретени вл етс уменьшение металлоемкости пролетного строени . Способ осуществл ют в следующей последовательности . Монтажный агрегат 1 устанавливают в положение дл монтажа очередного участка пролетного строени 2. Он упираетс на три опоры 3, 4, 5, на среднюю из которых 4 опираетс монтируемый участок пролетного строени 2. Передн по ходу монтажа консоль 9 в незаконченном монтажом пролете во врем передвижки монтажного агрегата 1 и монтажа очередного участка пролетного строени 2 поддерживаетс поддерживающим приспособлением 10. Производ т монтаж части очередного монтажного участка пролетного строени 2 подвеской и закреплением блоков с двух сторон от опоры 4, после чего подкрепл ют монтируемый участок пролетного строени 2 поддерживающими приспособлени ми 11 и 12 с двух сторон от опоры 4. После установки поддерживающих приспособлений 11, 12 довод т монтаж очередного участка пролетного строени 2 до конца и объедин ют его с ранее готовой частью моста 9. Затем нат гивают предварительно напр женную арматуру в законченном монтажом пролете и в этом пролете снимают поддерживающие приспособлени 10, 11. Затем готов т монтажный агрегат к перемещению в положение дл монтажа следующего участка пролетного строени . После перемещени монтажного агрегата 1 в новое положение его устанавливают на опорные элементы 6, 7, 8, которые опираютс на опоры 4, 5, 17 и освобождают перекаточные устройства 15,1 6,после чего цикл повтор етс .Зил.
