Abstract
п. The invention relates to devices used in the technique of nonwoven fabric production by electroflocking. The aim of the invention is to increase the magnitude of the charge of the fibers and to straighten the trajectories of their movement by reducing the effect of corona on the deposition of fibers. The fibers successively pass the auxiliary electrode 4 and the charging electrode 3 and are deposited on the article 6. In this case, the fibers are charged due to the directed flow of the charged particles between the charging electrode 6 and the auxiliary 4, and between the electrodes 6 and 5 are oriented and accelerated. The location of the needles on the electrode 3 is such that the flow of charged particles does not fall into the deposition zone. 1 sp.f-ly, 1 Il.

Изобр етение относитс к устройствам, используемым в технике производства нетканых материалов методом электрофлоки- ровани .The invention relates to devices used in the technique of manufacturing nonwoven materials by the electroflocking method.
Цель изобретени - повышение величины зар да волокон и выпр мление траекторий их перемещени .The purpose of the invention is to increase the magnitude of the charge of the fibers and straighten out the trajectories of their movement.
The drawing shows a device for charging fibers.
В камере флокировани , выполненной из диэлектрического материала, размещены зар жающий электрод 3, выполненный в виде стержней с иглами, вспомогательный электрод 4, выполненный из стержней , смещенных на полшага относительно стержней зар жающего электрода, и дополнительный электрод 5, выполненный в виде сплошной пластины, расположенной зеркально вспомогательному электроду относительно зар жающего электрода .The device includes a channel for feeding the fibers 1 installed in the upper part of the device, a flocking chamber 2 and a high-voltage power source (not shown). In the flocking chamber, made of a dielectric material, there are placed a charging electrode 3, made in the form of rods with needles, an auxiliary electrode 4, made of rods displaced by half a step relative to the rods of the charging electrode, and an additional electrode 5, made in the form of a solid plate, located on the mirror auxiliary electrode with respect to the charging electrode.
The device works as follows.
Наличие тока коронного разр да на дополнительном электроде приводит к полному нарушению вертикальной ориентации волокон, котора вл етс основной целью технологии электрофлоки- ровани .The product 6 is placed on an additional electrode 5. The fibrous material (lint) transported through channel 1 enters the flocking chamber 2 and is charged, freely passing through the corona discharge zone created by the charging electrode 3 under high voltage a high-voltage power source and an auxiliary electrode 4. A corona discharge current flows from the needles of the charging electrode and flows towards the auxiliary electrode rods shifted by half a step in order to block the entire space with a stream and new and thereby provide a charging each fiber flying. Such a direction of the corona discharge current excludes the ingress of ions onto the additional electrode. The presence of a corona discharge current on an additional electrode leads to a complete disruption of the vertical orientation of the fibers, which is the main objective of the electroflocking technology.
Дл стержней, смещенных на полшага, наблюдаетс увеличение зар да волокон до 1,5- ( вл ющимс достаточным дл флокировани ) при напр жении 2-10 кВ и сохранение такой величины зар да волокна при дальнейшем увеличении величины напр жени .The magnitude of the displacement of the electrode rods relative to each other was obtained experimentally. For rods that are shifted by half a step, an increase in the fiber charge is observed up to 1.5 (which is sufficient for flocking) at a voltage of 2–10 kV and maintaining this fiber charge at a further increase in the voltage value.
