Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и может быть использовано в атомном котлостроении при массовом производстве плетей из отдельных элементов труб, требующих автоматической выдачи заготовок на позицию схвата робота. Целью изобретени вл етс снижение энергозатрат за счет исключени подъема всего столба деталей бункера при перемещении подвижной гребенки. Предварительно устройство настраивают в соответствии с заданными размерами заготовки 8. Затем включают силовой цилиндр 13, при этом платформа И, центр которой св зан со штоком силового цилиндра 13, поднимает подвижные гребенки 5, которые совершают плоскопараллельное движение, и выталкивают часть заготовок с наклонного дна 3 бункера 2, после чего платформа И опускаетс , а заготовки 8 раскладываютс в один р д на следующем зубце неподвижной гребенки 4. При следующем ходе штока силового цилиндра 13 подвижна гребенка 5 крайним зубцом поднимает только одну заготовку 8 и подает ее на приемный участок, где она поднимаетс прдпружиленным толкателем к стенке бункера 2. Затем по команде с датчика устройство отключаетс до момента съема заготовки схватом робота. 2 ил.
