Цель изобретени  - ускорение процесса определени  и повьшение точности анализа. Меристематические зоны корешков длиной 1,5-2,0 см обрабатывают колхицином и готов т хромосомные препараты . Составл ют кариограммы и анализируют их. Если в геноме гибрида присутствует субметацентрическа  с двум  маленькими гетерохроматиновыми сегментами в коротком плече и маленьким гетерохроматиновым сегментом в середине длинного плеча пырейна  хромосома , то гибрид относ т к многолетним формам. Способ осуществл ют следующим образом .The method is carried out as follows.

Меристематические зоны корешков длиной 1,5-2,0 см.обрабатывают колхицином , готов т хромосомные препараты. Эти препараты после выс пшивани  обрабатывают концентрированным раствором Ва(ОН)2, инкубируют в растворе 2 SSC (0,3MNaCl и 0,03 М цитрат натри ) , Окрашивают б%-ньм раствором красител  Гимза. При этом гетерохроматиновые районы окрашиваютс  интен- сивио, эухроматцновые - слабо. Таким образом, хромосома по своей длине окрашена неравномерно. Наблюдаетс  чередование светло- и темноокрашен- ных y jacTKOB. Кажда  хромосома имеет свой рисунок сегментации, что позвол ет достоверно идентифицировать хромосомы исследуемых видов. Составл ют кариограммы и подвергают их анализу.
