Description

The invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to viticulture and fruit growing.

Methods are known for determining the quality of intergrowth of seedlings: visual and anatomical.

В результате анатомического способа уничтожаетс  объект исследовани .However, the visual method does not detect intergrowth defects. Seedlings that have areas of dead tissue, after planting in a permanent place, die, increase thinning and reduce the productivity of plantations. As a result of the anatomical method, the object of research is destroyed.

Цель изобретени  - повышение точности и быстроты определени  качества срастани  без нарушени  жизнеде тельности растени .The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy and speed of determination of the quality of accretion without disrupting the vital activity of the plant.

This is achieved by the fact that according to the proposed method, the determination is carried out on the impedance of the spikes of grafting components between the electrodes immersed in the wood.

The proposed method is illustrated in the drawing. The method is as follows. The electrodes are connected to an ohmmeter and introduced into the wood.

По данным исследований, проведенных на привитых черенках винограда, установлено, что, чем меньше разброс в величине сопротивлени  между четырьм  точками измерени , тем выше качество срастани .According to research conducted on grafted cuttings of grapes, it has been found that the smaller the variation in resistance between the four measurement points, the higher the quality of the intergrowth.

Сопротивление спайки прививаемых компонентов в разных точках измерени , отличающеес  одно от другого более чем на 30 ком, характеризует наличие участков мертвых тканей и плохое срастание, что улучшает качество срастани .The resistance of the grafts of grafted components at different points of measurement, differing from one another by more than 30 lbs, is characterized by the presence of sections of dead tissues and poor adhesion, which improves the quality of the intergrowth.

м образом, предлагаемый способ позвол ет более точно и быстро определить качество срастани  привитых саженцев винограда без нарушени  жизнеде тельности растени .In this way, the proposed method allows one to more accurately and quickly determine the quality of the accretion of grafted grape seedlings without disrupting the vital activity of the plant.
