Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению, а именно к конструкции измельчител дл волокнистых стеблей. Измельчи- тель позвол ет повысить качество измельчени волокнистых стеблей. Измельчитель дл волокнистых стеблей содержит приводной вал 1 с закрепленными на нем дисками 2. На дисках установлены с чередованием между собой пр молинейные 3 и чашевидные 4 ножи. Чашевидные ножи закреплены на дисках с возможностью поворота относительно своей оси и имеют наружную режущую кромку. Противорежуща пластина выполнена с полукруглыми вырезами. Стебли, поступаннцие в измельчитель перпендикул рно его оси, режутс пр молинейными ножами и лезви ми полуокружностей, а при подаче стеблей, близких к параллельной оси измельчител и параллельных оси, резание происходит чашевидными ножами. 3 ил. а $ (ЛFIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to the design of a shredder for fibrous stems.
