Рузга «Электрические тензометры, сопротивлени , Госэнергоиздат, 1961 г.) способы исследовани  магнитострикции ферритов, заключающиес  в применении проволочных и фольговых тензодатчиков.Known (for example, from book 3. Предложенный способ лищен указанного недостатка. Сущность изобретени  заключаетс  в том, что тензодатчик выполн етс  в виде металлической пленки, котора  наноситс  непосредственно на поверхность феррита в вакууме. При этом контакты с пленкой обеснечиваютс  путем выжигани  серебра с последующей припайкой к ним токоподводов .The proposed method lishchen said drawback. Контакт с пленкой обеспечиваетс  путем выжигани  серебра 3 с последующей припайкой к нему токоподводов 4, так как сопротивление феррита велико, то согласно данному способу изолирующей подложки не требуетс . При этом измерени  сопротивлени  пленки, вызванные магнитострикцией, производ тс  с помощью обычных приборов. Предлагаемый способ может найти применение в радиолокации, ультроакустике, в практике которых имеет место исследование температурных зависимостей магнитострикций ферритов с определенной точностью.The sensor consists of a metal film 1, which is applied in vacuum by evaporation on the surface of ferrite 2.
