Abstract
Ф (ЛThe invention relates to the preparation of elastic epoxy compositions used for sealing and casting various structures and products used at sub-zero temperatures. The invention makes it possible to increase the tensile strength in the temperature range from +20 to (destructive stress at tensile strength at 20 ° C is 12-21 MPa versus 6.7-7.2 MPa for the known composition, and at 80-85 MPa and 47 MPa, respectively). The result is achieved by using an epoxy composition comprising 100 mash. epoxy blokoligomera and 16,8-21.0 mach. aromatic amine, as an epoxy blococoligomer of the product of the interaction of diglycidyl ether of polyepichlorohydrin and sebacic acid at their molar ratio of 1: (O, 25–0.3), respectively. 3 tab. The invention relates to the field of producing elastic epoxy, MCO, m-positions used for sealing and pouring various structures and products operated at sub-zero temperatures.
С.The chain of the invention is an increase in tensile strength in the temperature range from +20 to-90.C.
Getting blocker Homer. A flask was charged with 100 mash of polypichlorohydrin diglycidyl ether (E-181) and 14.7 mash. sebacic acid. The contents of the flask were stirred at 130-140 ° until a block-igocoligomer was obtained with an acid number of not more than 1 kg KOH / g (3-5 hours).
1.Then the mass is cooled to 50-6 O s and drank into the receiving tank for work. The composition and properties of the synthesized blokol | 1gomerov in examples 1-4 are given in table. one.
Example 5. Obtaining a composition of qing. To 100 ma.ch. The epoxy block coli obtained in Example 1 was added 20.2 parts by weight. 4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane, heated with stirring until melted (70-75 ° C) and obtaining a homogeneous composition, poured into molds and cured according to the mode: at 100 ° C for 3 h, at 120 ° C for 2 h.
2.The composition and features of the compositions according to examples 5-11 are given in table. 2
3.Comparative characteristics of the compositions are given in table. 3
