Abstract

Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов давлением, в частности к штампам дл обработки листового материала . Цель - повьш1ение надежности в работе. Штамп содержит плиту 1, на которой установлен съемник 2 с отверстием 3 и пластиной 4. В отверстии 3 установлен пуансонодержатель Гп) 5 в виде стакана. В полости П 5 расположены пуансоны 6 и брек 8, св занный с П 5 при помощи пазов 10 и выступов 9 дл исключени поворота П 5 Между дном П 5, стенками отверсти 3 и пластиной 4 расположена эластична прокладка 11, на которой выполнены выступы , охватываю цие пуансоны 6. При ходе плиты 1 вниз съемник 2 упираетс пластиной 4 в матрицу 15 и останавливаетс . Боек 8 продолжает перемещатьс , давит на пуансоны 6 и через шх на П 5, который перемещаетс , сжимает прокладку и обеспечивает поддержку пуансонам 6 при пробивке.
