The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency by reducing energy costs.
Figure 1 shows schematically the working body of the ice-splitting device, a general view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1 (additional copier roller); Fig, 3 - elliptical cutting disc,
The working body includes 1 connected by bearings 2 with eccentric necks 3 of a horizontal collar D, equipped with p, discs 5 with solid cutting edges 6 and rigid connections 7 fixed to it, copying rollers 8 with vertical axes 9, beam 10 with attached additional copies of rollers. 11 rollers with 11 horizontal axes Nm 12 and elastic bands 13, drive 14 with an asterisk.

Рациональный угол наклона дисков находитс в широком диапазоне от 10 до 45 градусов Интервал установки дисков 5 lia горизонтальном валу 4 выбран таким , что они перекрывают зону работы друг друга, а рассто ние от режущей кромки диска 5 до оси вала одинаково по всему периметру режущей кромки, from the gauge (not shown) connected by the lugs 19 with the working body of the ice of the shear machine. Fig. 1 also shows the curb 20 of the road, ice cover 21, and Fig. 3 shows the holes 22 in the cutting disk and the major axis 23 of the ellipsoid disk 5. Fig. 2 shows the road surface 24. The rational angle of inclination of the disks is in a wide range from 10 to 45 degrees The installation interval of the disks 5 lia to the horizontal shaft 4 is chosen so that they overlap each other's working area, and the distance from the cutting edge of the disk 5 to the axis of the shaft is equal along the entire perimeter of the cutting edge,
The working body works as follows.
Initially, the tool is installed so that the copy rollers 8 contact the border 20, then turn on the power take-off shaft 18 from the tractor and from the drive 14 through the drive sprocket 15, chain drive

5. 1Therefore, the shaft 4 towards the ice cover 21, Liski 5, rotating with the horizontal shaft 4, crashes into the ice cover 21, destroys it and shifts the ice from the road cover 24. At the same time, to facilitate the destruction of the ice layer 5 together with the shaft 4 receive oscillatory motion in a vertical plane due to the fact that the shaft 4 is made cranked. The cutting edge 6 of the cutting disks 5 cannot destroy the asphalt covering 24, since the magnitude of the vibrations of the disks 5 is insignificant and equal to the double eccentricity of the shaft 4 - within the elastic deformations of the bandages 13 additional copying rollers 11. Bandages 13 are made of elastic materials: rubber or caprolactam. In order to make it easier to cut / cut the disks 5 with an inclination to the shaft 4, it is desirable to make the holes 22 in them in the form of an ellipse, and in order to sharpen the cutting edge 6 more conveniently, the disks 5 are made with earth, and the disks 5 are attached to the shaft 4 with spacer sleeves or inclined axles with key grooves or slot grooves. The inclination of the disk 5 to the shaft 4 or to the axle axis is carried out towards the major axis 23 of the elliptical disk 5. 1
The oscillatory movement of the discs creates shock loads of small amplitude, which makes it possible to apply a significant impulse of force sufficient to effectively cleave fragile ice formation without destroying the asphalt surface. The application of a shock load to the ice coating develops cracks in it, which facilitates its subsequent separation. The oblique location of the disk makes it possible to separate the ice coating weakened by shock loads over a large area and with less energy consumption due to shifting loads. At the same time, the disc manufacturing technology is simplified compared to the screw.
