Abstract
FIELD: ultrasound engineering. SUBSTANCE: installation constitutes a chamber having the form of oval in horizontal plane. Emitting surfaces of ultrasound transformers are arranged in parallel to each other at a distance equal to the ratio of total area of transformer emitting surfaces to area of chamber foundation overlapped with emitting surface (1-1.5) and are shifted from each other to 3/4 wavelength. Method is suitable for chemical, medicinal, food and other industries. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of ion exchange due to uniformity of ultrasonation of resin.
