Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a rectangular or square beam-condensing surface by using rectangular beam-condensing member by making each reverse surface of triangular parts formed by diagonals of a rectangle plane, and by forming the top surface into a curve surface including straight lines parallel to sides which are not diagonals. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular beam-condensing member has four triangular parts which are formed by the diagonals and sectioned into zones A, B, C... by lines parallel to their oblique sides, and the thickest part of each zone is equal. The beam-condensing member is formed corresponding to each triangular part and two couples of, i.e. four triangular parts are combined together to form one beam-condensing member. The top and reverse surfaces of a mold block made of inorganic glass are mirror-finished and organic glass sirup is charged into a mold composed of the mold block made of inorganic glass having a buried heating member at its shallow place to manufacture the triangular part by heating polymerization with the heating member. Consequently, a rectangular or square beam-condensing surface is formed by using rectangular beam-condensing surfaces.
