Abstract

Изобретение относитс к скороваркам, в которых осуществл етс приготовление пищевых продуктов совместным воздействием тепла и давлени . Цель изобретени - повыщение безопасности работы путем снижени давлени пара на выходе. Скороварка содержит емкость с уплотнитель5 13 , е ;/ ным фланцем 2 и боковыми выступами 3, крышку 4 с прокладкой 5, два закрепленных на крышке 4 предохранительных клапана 6 и 7 и прижимное приспособление , взаимодействующее с крьплкой 4 и боковыми выступами 3 емкости I. Прижимное приспособление содержит дополнительную крышку 8 с буртиком 9, распо.юженную над крышкой 4 с образованием полости 29 между ними, при этом предохранительные клапаны 6 и 7 расположены так, что каналы их сброса 19 и 21 размещены в полости , а в нижней части буртика 10 дополнительной крышки 8 выполнены отверсти 28 дл сообщени с атмосферой, причем площадь проходного сечени последних 28 боль- ще площади проходного сечени каналов сброса 9 предохранительных клапанов 6 и 7. 2 ил.
