Abstract
2 з. п. (ЛThe invention relates to agricultural machinery, improves the productivity of a combine harvester, reduces grain losses by increasing the throughput of windshield cleaning of small grain heaps. To do this, a short adjustable sieve 12 with curvilinear vanes 13 rigidly fixed under it is installed in the device for separating the grain pile between the first transport board 5 and its finger extension 7, increasing the length of the sieve to the end of the sieve 12. They provide spatial sparseness of the pile particles between the sieve 12 and the initial part of the second board 6. When distributed along the length of the grain pile sifted onto the board 6 with a sieve 12, a uniform portion of air is taken along the entire length of the sieve 12 and is fed under the optics cial angle of about 30 ° With blades 13, an increased sparseness of the heap layer over the board 6 or more complete deposition of grain on it is achieved. 2 h. item f-ly, 2 ill. FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery, mainly to combine harvesters.
The aim of the invention is to reduce grain losses and increase productivity.
FIG. 1 shows a device for separating a heap of grain; in fig. 2 - combine harvester.
A device for separating a grain pile includes an oscillating shaft 1 with connecting rods 2, an upper sieve 3, a lower sieve 4, first and second transport boards 5 and 6 with finger guides 7 and 8, a fan 9 with two diffusers 10 and 11. The transport board 5 has a short sieve 12 with adjustable holes and guided blades 13, the length of which increases with distance from the beginning of the sieve.
The device works as follows.
When the oscillating shaft 1 rotates, the connecting rods 2 are driven back and forth, on the one hand, the upper sieve 3 with the transport board 6 and, on the other, the lower sieve 4 and the transport board 5 out of phase with respect to the upper sieve 3. Grain with fine impurities and parts of the ears gets onto the first transport board 5, and then to the sieve 12, on which it is relatively relatively flat along the entire length of the air flow, directed by the blades 13 at an angle optimal for loosening heap layer (30 °), all dstvie which occurs on a short sieve intensive redistribution of straw and grain heap fractions. The grain and part of the impurities are sieved through the sieve 12 along the entire length. This grain pile is dispersed in the space between the blades 13 and the transport board 6 (in the form of "rain"), which is the most optimal for high-quality air flow through the transport boards 5 and 6 by the blades 13. At the same time, the grain falls on the initial part second transport
В таком состо нии ворох подаетс второй транспортной доской 6 к решетному стану дл очистки.boards 6, and light impurities are partly carried away by air flow and partially deposited on the grain layer formed. The large parts of the pile, which did not pass through the sieve 12, the passage of the extension 7, fall on the redistributed layer of the pile. In such a state, the pile is fed by the second transport board 6 to the grate mill for cleaning.
The execution of the blades 13 according to certain curves makes it possible to increase the angle between the velocity vector of the air flow running between the transport points. 5 and 6 from the additional fan diffuser 10 9, and the direction
Это дает возможность интенсифицировать процесс рассредоточени вороха в пространстве над начальной частью второй транспортной доски 6 с решетом 12 максимально возможной малой длины, что благопри тно сказываетс на сохранении уравновешенности механизма очистки в целом.g of mixing the heap layer from zero to an angle of about 30 °. Increasing, and with the distance from the beginning of the sieve 12, the length of the lap 13 leads to a layer-by-layer intake of air under the sieve 12, which leads to its blowing with an air stream with the required length characteristics. This makes it possible to intensify the process of dispersing the heap in space above the initial part of the second transport board 6 with the sieve 12 of the maximum possible small length, which favorably affects the preservation of the balance of the cleaning mechanism as a whole.
