Description
The present invention relates to a keyboard for Morse telegraph devices with punching buttons designed to transmit Morse code signs by opening and closing short and long contacts when they are released. The invention has in mind the acceleration of transmission, the simplification of the telegraph operator and consists in the creation of a button mounted on the rod, perpendicularly to the eiO axis of the spring, to which ebonite and copper plates of such size are screwed and so arranged that depending on the movement of the button up or down of these plates, it touches the contact and closes and 1. and opens the circuit.
7 - схему включени кнопочного переключател .In FIG. 1 shows a section of a key; FIG. 2 shows a section along the line L A in FIG. 1; FIG. 3, 4, and 5 — contacts, with the help of which the drain transfers the transfer of various letters; FIG. 6 is a diagram of the activation of a separate key and FIG. 7 is a circuit for turning on a push-button switch.
The rod (7 (7 (Fig.)), Equipped with a button h, is located inside the metal cylinder Z on the spring p, with which it returns to the initial position after pressing the button. Cylinder SS
В «свободном состо нии эта пружина соединенаscrewed into another cylinder Q, made of isolating B; its material and fitted with FF and AA contacts fixed on its walls. At the end of the rod CC there is a spring g, to which two plates M are screwed, and, than the first of them is copper, and the second is from a non-conductor. The spring r is perpendicular to the axis of the rod CC; from the other end of the rod, a contact rod r is fastened, which can be in contact with the contact FF. When pressing the button / g of the core of the OS, the latter can move downward until Uior J is firmly attached and pressed against the bottom of the cylinder Z; the contact pin n slides along the FF contact both during the course of the rod downward and during its course upwards. When the rod CC moves upwards, the spring / bends down and the AA contact touches plate G, and when the rod moves downward, the spring g bends upwards and the AA contact touches the insulating plate G. After the ends of the movement of the rod CO down, the contact pin n and the spring g slide off the contacts A And the FF and become in the position indicated in FIG. G. Thus, the circuit is closed only when the CC rod moves upwards. The contact plate FF is a series of contacts, long and short (for example, Figs. 3, 4 and 5), arranged in the same sequence as the dash and point in the Morse code corresponding to the given key. FIG. 1 shows a contact corresponding to the “fractional Morse code”; in fig. 3 is the corresponding key with bookBot c, FIG. 4-digit „3 and FIG. 5 - with the sign „;. The FF pins of all keys are connected to one wire that goes to terminal% (Fig. 6), and all pins A to the other wire that goes to terminal K. Adventure is this; Keyboard to install Morse, as can be seen from the diagram, does not entail any changes in the installation. It is only possible to halve the number of keys required for transmission by using the button switch of FIG. 7). Each key has two contact plates F and F, with corresponding Wi and an slider. Contact spring g (with Lug contacts) remains one, as well as contact A, A. All contacts A, A are connected to a common wire, going and k-terminal. All -Fi contacts are connected to the wire that goes to terminal L. All contacts F are connected to the wire that goes to terminal LZContact switch E consists of a spring connected to terminal E. In the "free state" this spring is connected
6 в рабочую цень телеграфного аппарата типа Морзе.with terminal LI and, therefore, includes a group of -contacts. Pressing the switch button And you can turn off the Fi group and turn on the FZ group. Otherwise, the switch on keyboard with a switch is no different from the switch on keyboard of FIG. 6 to the working price of a Morse telegraph device.
