Abstract
Изобретение относитс к измерительной технике. Цель изобрете НИН - повьппение точности измерени при наличии оптических помех. Изображение светового п тна строитс на поверхности координатно-чувствитель- ного фотоприемника 2 объективом 1. Сумматоры 3-6 и дифференциальные усилители 7, 8 выдел ют сигналы, пропорциональные смещению светового п тна по координатам х и у. Сумматор 9 выдел ет сигнал, пропорциональный интенсивности потока излучени . Интеграторы 10,12,14 интегрируют сигналы , пропорциональные смещению светового п тна и интенсивности п тна излучени . При равенстве сигнала, формируемого интегратором 14, опорному напр жению, формируемому источником 15 опорного напр жени , срабатывает компаратор 16. При этом-осуществл етс запоминание сигналов, формируемых интеграторами 10, 12, динамическими запоминающими устройётвами 11, 13, на выходах которых формируютс сигналы , пропорциональные смещению светового п тна по координатам Х и у. Мультивибратор 17 осуществл ет сброс интеграторов 10, 12, 14. 2 ил. ЛThis invention relates to a measurement technique.
