ス方向を含む平面上に配置されるとともにこの集
光レンズに固定された遮光板と、この遮光板に対
して前記窓部の移動範囲より大きなスポツト径を
有する平行光線を照射する光源と、前記遮光板の
窓部を通過した光を検出する多分割センサと、こ
の多分割センサの出力信号を演算して前記集光レ
ンズの変位量に応じた信号を発生する測定回路と
、前記多分割センサにおける各受光面からの出力
信号の総和を検出してこれが常に一定の値となる
ように前記光源の発光量を制御する帰還回路とを
