Abstract
И. с The invention relates to metal working, namely, to drills for deep drilling with a coolant supply. The aim of the invention is to improve drilling performance. The coolant is supplied under pressure through the cavity of the sleeve 8, installed in the glass 6 fixed on the stem 4. From there the coolant under pressure through the hole 10 enters the channel of the stem and channels 5 of the head T. Coolant begins to oscillate in the stem channel with a natural frequency. When the frequencies of generated and natural oscillations coincide, which is achieved by moving the sleeve 8, shock effects of the coolant jet on the head occur. 1 and a cutting zone, which improves the conditions for lubricating and crushing chips. 2 Il. with

FIELD: processing. metal cutting and can be used for machining of deep holes.
The aim of the invention is to improve the productivity and durability of the drill by improving the conditions for crushing chips and removing them by creating resonant oscillations of the coolant column (coolant in the channel of the drill stem.
FIG. Figure 1 shows a drill for deep drilling during processing; in fig. 2 - the same view from the side of the working end of the head.

8„: elements. The head 1 is fixed in the stem 4 by any known medium, for example by soldering. In the head 1, channels 5 are provided for supplying coolant to the cutting zone extending into the inner channel of the drill stem. At the second end of the stem, a shank fixed in the form of a glass b is fixed, in the internal channel 7 of which a sleeve 8 is installed, with an opening 9 in the bottom of the glass coaxially opening 10 in the bottom of the sleeve 8 "
4,The drill head (Fig. 2) is provided with cutting 2, and guide 3 elements. Channels 5 are designed for supplying coolant to the cutting zone from the channel of the stem 4,
The drill works as follows.
Drill and machined parts 11 report relative rotation and feed movement. The coolant is fed under pressure into the channel of the shank of the drill from the pump unit of the machine (not shown). The moving stream encounters obstacles in the form of two contractions — coaxially 1X holes 9 and 10, the flow area of which is chosen close to the flow area of the channels 5 of the head 1. by formula

The frequency of natural oscillations of the liquid column in the stem 4 channel is determined by the formula

где с - скорость звука в жидкости; L - длина канала.where c is the speed of sound in a liquid; L is the channel length.
е. регулировкой частоты генерируемых колебаний (изменением L,).The coincidence of the frequencies fj and fj. or their harmonics are provided by axial movement of the sleeve 8, i.e. by adjusting the frequency of the generated oscillations (by changing L,).
At the same time, the achievement of the optimal mode of flow oscillations with resonance HbfM by the amplification of the pulsations of pressures and velocities ensures the slug percussion of fluid motion and shock x ;. The impact of the jet on the head 1 and the chips formed during drilling.
The axial oscillations of the head 1 thus occurring create a vibratory cutting mode with reliable chip breaking.
