This invention relates to metal chip cutting, in particular, to a tool for machining a hole. An ejector drill is known that contains a boring rod with two inlets for supplying a lubricant-coolant (coolant fluid) displaced on its axis, at the end of which a cutting head is mounted, a pipe mounted inside the boring rod with ejector nozzles placed between the inlets. The protruding tube is fixedly fixed by I. A disadvantage of the known drill is the poor removal of chips during drilling, since it is impossible to provide a pulsation of the coolant flow without interrupting the flow of coolant passing through the treatment zone. The purpose of the invention is to improve chip removal during drilling. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a drilling drill containing a drill rod with two inlets for coolant displaced along its axis, at the end of which is a cutting head, a pipe installed inside the drill rod with intersection between openings of a protrusion and ejector nozzles, a pipe installed with the possibility of reciprocating movement, and ejector nozzles formed by conical surfaces made at the ends of the pipe with borschuangi elements. FIG. Figure 1 shows schematically the proposed ejector drill, when the inner pipe is in one of the extreme positions with the ejector nozzle blocked, located on the tool head side, a longitudinal section; FIG. 2 is the same, with an overlapped ejector nozzle located on the tail end of the tool; in fig. 3 is a section A-A in FIG. 1. The drill consists of a cutting head 1 having radial holes for coolant supply to the cutting edges 3 of an ejector drill. The cutting head is fixed at the end of the boring bar 4. There are two holes in the boring bar wall. Hole 5 is designed to supply a flow of coolant with a constant pressure g: in the ejector nozzle located on the head side. drill parts, and to the cutting edges 3 drills. Hole 8 serves to supply a variable pressure coolant flow 9. Inside the boring bar with the possibility of longitudinal reciprocating movement in boring bar is located a pipe 10 with a piston protrusion and a centering protrusion 12 with slots 13 for the passage of coolant. The protrusion 12 eliminates the distortion of the pipe 10 in the boring bar 4. By means of the thread 14 with the boring bar, a nozzle sleeve 15 is connected, which, together with the end conical part of the pipe 10, forms an ejector nozzle 16 from the side of the drill tail. The end cone part on the side of the drilling head 1 tube together with the profile surface of the sleeve 17 forms the second ejector nozzle 7. Thus, the piston protrusion 11 of the pipe 10 is located between two ejector nozzles 7 and 16. When the drill operates, the coolant flow 6 with constant pressure from the pump 18 through the valve 19 passes into the hole 5 of the boring bar 4 at the head of the drill to the cutting edges 3 and the ejector nozzle 7 through the gap between the boring bar 4 and the pipe 10. Simultaneously with the flow 6, the coolant occurs regardless of neg On flow 9, coolant with variable pressure through valve 20 with a drive that sets an alternating (pulsating) pressure to flow 9 of coolant flowing to the ejector nozzle 16. The pressure pulsation of flow 9 is obtained by periodically closing the valve 20. When the drill operates, the pressure of flow 6 of coolant is less the maximum pressure of the pulsating flow is 9, which, at the maximum pressure of this flow, moves the pipe 10 towards the cutting head through the piston protrusion 11. In this case, the ejector nozzle 7 overlaps (Fig. 1, reference 21), and the ejector nozzle 16 opens so that when the ejector nozzle in the head part of the drill overlaps, the ejector nozzle 16 in the tail part of the drill begins to act. When the ejector nozzle 7 is blocked, the entire main flow 6 of coolant passes through the slots 13 to the cutting edges 3. At the same time, the release of coolant to the outside (through the hole of the drilling head and boring bar and the workpiece) is prevented by the action of the ejector nozzle 16 in the tail section of the drill. When the pressure of flow of coolant 9 is less than the pressure of flow of coolant 6, the pipe 10 moves towards the tail end of the drill, opens the ejector nozzle 7 and closes the ejector nozzle 16. Part of the main flow 6 of coolant is ejected by the ejector nozzle 7 into the cutting zone cutting edges 3) the pressure and dynamic coolant pressure are reduced. Subsequently, the pressure of flow 9 of the coolant again increases and
Соответственно происходит пульсаци потока СОЖ в зоне резани .the operation mode of the ejector nozzles is repeated. The alternation of the work of ejector nozzles 7 and 16 occurs with the frequency of flow pulsation. Correspondingly, a flow of coolant flows in the cutting zone.
The frequency differential pressure of the coolant in the treatment area is determined depending on the specific processing conditions (material of the workpiece, the viscosity of the coolant, sharpening the cutting edges of the drill, processing modes) and is regulated by the switching frequency of the pulsating flow valve 9 Coolant, to the efficiency of the ejectors and, therefore, to differences in the volume of coolant pumped through the drilling head can be affected by changing The pressure of flow 9 and pressure of flow b, the slower the optimum value of the slit ejector in the ejector nozzles and, consequently, the lower the operating efficiency of the ejector nozzles and the drops of coolant flow volumes, and, secondly, the stroke of the inner pipe between the nozzle sleeves located from the side of the tail and head parts of the boring bar.
