The purpose of the invention is to increase the resistance of the polymer concrete to the effects of mineralized water.
The mixture is prepared as follows. Into the carbamide resin of the JHo, the dosed amounts of Barium Chloride, viscous nitrate, hydrochloride aniline, phospho-) gypsum and acid-resistant filler are introduced. Before mixing, it is mixed with ethylenediamine And aniline mixed with vigor. for 2-4 minutes Then, an acid-resistant filler is added to the resulting L mixture and mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Также используют кислотостойкий минеральный наполнитель (ан- дезитова мука) и кислотостойкий минеральный заполнитель .(кварцевый йесок крупностью до 5мм).The compositions of polymer concrete mixtures are given in table. 1., i As a urea used KF-G resin containing 67 + 2 icyxoro residue and 1% free formaldehyde, gel time at 20 ° C for 10 s. Acid-resistant mineral filler (andesitic flour) and acid-resistant mineral filler (quartz size up to 5 mm) are also used.
