Description

Известные ситогидроциклонные установки имеют существенные недостатки , осложн ющие процесс очистки в районах с суровыми климатическими услови ми. К числу главных недостатков относ тс  плохие услови  всасывани  перекачивающего насоса, замерзание его и невозможность поддерживани  заданного уровн  жидкости в емкости.Known sieve hydrocyclone plants have significant drawbacks that complicate the cleaning process in areas with harsh climatic conditions. Дл  устранени  этих недостатков в описываемой ситогидроциклонной установке применен погружной вертикальный щламовый бессальниковый насос, а из линии очищенного раствора в емкость введена труба с клапаном, управл емым поплавком. Все .механизмы установки смонтированы на емкости,  вл ющейс  одновременно несущей рамой, что существенно упрощает транспортирование, управление и монтаж.In order to eliminate these drawbacks, an immersion vertical slurry vacuum-free pump was used in the sieve hydro-cyclone installation, and a pipe with a valve controlled by a float was inserted into the tank from the line of the purified solution. Очищенный промывочный раствор из емкости 3 откачиваетс  двум  погружными щламовыми насосами 5, приводимыми электродвигател ми 6, в гидроциклоны 7, где раствор проходит тонкую очистку. Очищенный раствор по коллектору 8 поступает на прием промывочных насосов.
